Join us for the FIRST of a series of Salary and Benefits Workshops.  Where we will be sharing information and intel on the latest salary levels and benefits provided by contact centre employees in the North West.

In this session we will be discussing salary and benefits levels for the NW contact centre industry. Our round table discuss will focus on sharing:

  • Average salary levels
  • Bonus levels and structures (individual and company)
  • Weighted pay for unsocial and overtime hour
  • Sick pay structures
  • Maternity pay structures
  • Benefits offered – financial, social and others

Once you have booked your place, your will receive a proforma for completion before you attend so all delegates will share the same information. All information shared will be treated with the greatest respect, culminating in the 2018 North West Salary and Benefits Guide. The essential reference for all contact centre professionals.
