A workshop introducing learners to what resilience is and specifically how their resilience may have been impacted by the pandemic. The workshop looks at
5 practical ways in which resilience can be boosted.
By the end of the course, delegates will understand
what resilience is, have an understanding of how fear activates the limbic region of the brain, know how they can apply self compassion, know the importance of taking appropriate breaks, and understand how gratitude can change a negative mindset to a positive one.
