Team Leader Group

We are excited to announce the first date of our Team Leader Group, with our new host Emily Shaw!
Hi, I’m Emily Shaw. I am delighted to be chairing the Team Leader User Group for CNW. The Team Leader role is a diverse and challenging role within the Contact Centre industry. I have worked in Contact Centres for over 20 years. I was a Team Leader myself before spending the last 15 years providing in-house L&D support.
I am fortunate to be supporting and leading the ‘Contact Centre Team Leader Development Programme’, (accredited ILM) for both North and South West region. The programme addresses the key challenges which Team Leaders face and provides a firm understanding of this critical role within the Contact Centre.
The first TL User Group of 2019 will bring Team Leaders together to discuss, reflect and learn about key Team Leader challenges. It will be a great opportunity to share best practice and learn from other centres.
Looking forward to meeting and engaging with you and your Team Leaders at the first Team Leader User Group.
