The Monthly Virtual User Group.

As we are moving forward and reigniting our industry – we are committed to developing the Training & Coaching User Group.  Members will receive continued benefit from these sessions.

South West Contact Centre Forum, Call North West, Contact Babel and Talkdesk teamed up and hosted a research webinar this week.  Research showed from 100 leaders across the UK that 44% of leaders stated training was a significant operational issue with 6.7% in addition saying it was very significant.



In view of this – we will be hosting the Training & Coaching User Group virtually once a month.  Register your L&D/Coaching Professionals to join this popular SWCCF and Call North West Members event, joining L&D to share practical tips, ideas and best practice.

Topic:  ‘Top 5 Topics’ – we will be discussing what is hot right now?  What is needed in your library of topics to support your centres?  The ‘Top 5’ will build future user groups to allow the group to explore each topic in more detail.  If you would like to be part of this – please join us.
