This sessions topic “Change Management”, will be very relevant to all involved as Contact Centres are going through many changes at the moment especially with the adoption of new technologies and processes.

Spaces are limited, so please let us know ASAP the names of the people you would like to attend to secure them a spot. Parking is also limited, so please include how many car parking spaces will be needed (can I encourage car sharing where possible). Cheltenham Spa is the closest train station.
