NOTES FOR NOMINATING MANAGERS

Hero of the Year category will not be virtually judged but the winner will be announced during the Awards film on the night.

All Nominating Managers will shortly receive a briefing note for themselves and their finalists explaining how the virtual judging will work and the preparation required for judging for both individual, team and company categories.

Filming Experience Day.
This will take place at the Midland Hotel in Manchester on either the 15th or 16th October.  Nominating Managers will receive full details in due course and you will be invited to attend by company.

Taking into account Government advice on social distancing each group of finalists from the same business can be accompanied by three guests ie nominating managers. This means if you have 10 finalists it will be a total of 13 guests.
